The normal course is for students to receive First Penance and First Holy Communion in 2nd grade, and Confirmation in 8th grade. Please inform us as soon as possible if your circumstances are different from this. Sacramental preparation is a 2 year process, therefore attendance requirements take effect in 1st grade for First Penance/Communion preparation in 2nd grade, and in 7th grade in advance of Confirmation in 8th grade.

b) have my child present for no less than 20 class sessions
