Facilities Usage Request
The facilities and grounds of St. Louis Church and School are available for church and school ministries and organizations engaging in activities approved by the pastor. These include religious education for all ages, church sponsored organizations, fellowship, and recreation. Parish activities will always have priority over other use.
Facilities usage requests must be submitted at least one week prior to the event. Requests are not approved until you receive an email or phone call confirmation. If event is canceled, please notify Jan O'Donnell at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
WEDDINGS: Contact Libba Nance, Wedding Coordinator, at email@example.com. Wedding receptions are NOT allowed in the Clunan Center is the wedding is not held at St. Louis Catholic Church.
